What Preparations Do You Need To Make Before Starting The Paper Cup Machine

1. After completing the preparation work, shout "Power on" when suggesting the motor. Only when there is no response can the motor be suggested. This is to prevent unnecessary safety accidents caused by the operator not being able to see when the mechanic is repairing on the opposite side or behind the machine.
2. Carefully check the operation status of the machine, take a cup to check the bonding effect of the paper cup, preheat, main heat, and whether there is yellowing or damage to the paper cup at the embossed area.
3. Check the bonding effect at the bonding point for any direct defects. The bonding strength between the bottom of the cup and the bonding should be such that there is pulling and fuzzing. If there is no direct fuzzing, it is suspected that the cup is leaking. The water test should be conducted for accuracy.
4. In normal operation, if any abnormalities are found or felt in the machine, the cup body should be lifted first, and the machine can only be stopped for inspection after one cup has passed the rolling mark.
5. If the machine is shut down for a long time due to unexpected accidents halfway through, and the machine is turned on from the beginning, the fourth and fifth parts of the large plate should be taken out to check if the knurled parts are bonded.
6. During normal production, the paper cup machine operator should always pay attention to the molding condition of the cup mouth, cup body, and cup bottom. If they are not punctual, they should inspect the adhesion and standardized appearance of the cups or check them one by one.
7. Employees should concentrate their attention during operation and immediately stop the machine to check if there are abnormal noises or poor cup bottom molding, in order to prevent further loss.
