The Preparation Of Paper Cup Machine Before Starting Up And The Work During Production

1. After completing the preparation work, shout "Power on" when starting the motor. Only when there is no response can the motor be started. This is to prevent unnecessary safety accidents caused by the operator not being able to see when the mechanic is repairing on the opposite side or behind the machine.
2. Carefully observe the operation of the machine, take a cup to check the adhesive effect of the paper cup, preheat, main heat, and check if there is any yellowing or damage to the paper cup at the embossed area.
3. Check the bonding effect at the bonding point, whether there are any poor connections, and ensure that the adhesion between the bottom of the cup and the bonding is firm and there is pulling or fuzzing. If there is indirect non fuzzing, it is suspected that the cup is leaking. The water test should be conducted for accuracy.
4. In normal operation, if any abnormalities are found or felt in the machine, the cup body should be lifted first, and the machine can only be stopped for inspection after the last cup has been rolled.
5. When the machine is restarted after an unexpected shutdown for a long time, the fourth and fifth parts of the large plate should be taken out to check if the knurled parts are bonded.
6. The paper cup machine operator should always pay attention to the molding condition of the cup mouth, cup body, and cup bottom during normal production, and inspect the adhesion and size appearance of the cups from time to time or one by one.
7. Employees should concentrate during operation and immediately stop the machine for inspection if any abnormal sounds or poor cup bottom molding are found, in order to prevent greater losses.
8. Operators should be diligent and responsible in the production process, testing their own cups with boiling water once an hour, with 8 cups per time.
Before sealing the cardboard box, the operator should randomly check the quantity of small packaging. After the inspection is correct, the product certificate or product pattern should be cut and pasted in the upper right corner of the left side of the cardboard box, and the job number and production date should be filled in the box. Finally, the box should be sealed and neatly stacked in the designated position.
