DCUP-D1 is an optical detection module device in the DAS modular cup receiving platform project. Unlike the continuous motion line used in general paper cup factories, the paper cup is in a dynamic state when it is under the camera. DCUP-D1 uses a servo to drive two four index turrets, making the paper cup in a stopped state when it is photographed and detected under the camera. The detection effect is more stable and the error detection rate is lower.
And through years of dedicated testing teams in the paper cup industry, DAS Ccd Inspection Machine uses Japan Keyence's dynamic algorithms, noise interference elimination, and deformation tracking features to eliminate dirty spots in the paper cup due to insufficient deep light sources. By using the algorithms to correct the brightness levels within the range, it can greatly improve the detection ability of paper cups in high and deep cup light sources, gray and dark areas at overlapping points, and cup mouth bursts.
