Structural Features
Blank Magazine/Blank Rotary Feeder
Blank magazine is the first input section of the paper cup production. The type and style of magazine design largely determine the most idea of the whole paper cup machine design. DAS paper magazine keeps the benefit of vertical structure and avoids the disadvantage of paper jamming. DAS rotary feeder ensures the blank leave the paper magazine by sucker with oblique angle stably.

DCUP-200 can produce 4oz-46oz paper cup which satisfy all the requirements of paper cup using. Including the coffee cup to milk-tea cup, from the instant noodle bowl to ice cream cup…etc.
High Turnover Rate
The success of Chinese manufacture comes from the improvement of management. Compared with the medium speed machine, it is unnecessary to consider the fewer times of changing the bottom paper in each shift, while the high-speed Biodegradable Cup Making Machine needs to change the bottom paper about every two hours (1.2 meter paper roll).

Faced with the increasingly complex paper production environment, apart from traditional polyethylene (PE) coating to the application of PLA in the past decade, till the current testing and discussion of non-plastic of water-based coatings. All different materials and coating methods tested the inclusivity of paper cup machines.
